How to contact Shreewin support

Log inUse the official app or lobby.
Open Account → Customer ServiceSome builds show a headset icon or Self Service Center.
Choose the issue typeDeposit not received, withdrawal problem, password, bank details, other.
Attach evidenceOrder ID, UTR, screenshots of bank statement or error.
Keep the ticket numberFollow up in the same ticket instead of opening new ones.

What to send for each problem

Withdrawal not received	Withdrawal order ID, bank statement showing no credit after 72 hours
Can't log in	Registered phone/email and user ID (never your password)
Bank details wrong	User ID and correct details through the official form

Fake Shreewin customer care numbers

Numbers posted on Google Maps, YouTube comments or random websites as “Shreewin helpline” are almost always scams. They ask you to install a screen-sharing app, share an OTP, or pay a “refund processing fee”. Shreewin support doesn't call you, doesn't need remote access and never asks for your UPI PIN.
